junior account executive (marketing program manager)

position details:

• acting as the primary contact with clients’ marketing program and technical production staff

• communicating client needs to internal e-dialog production and technical staff, and coordinating client approvals on all projects.

• interfacing with e-dialog marketing technology to ensure clients are set-up properly and utilizing it correctly

• managing the high-quality preparation and timely delivery of all client projects, including web application, engineering, analytics and creative

• working closely with other account team members in all client marketing strategy initiatives, from both a thinking and administrative perspective

• preparing analyses of client campaign results and identifying opportunities to improve results

• assisting account manager with billing, budgeting, and forecasting

position experience:

• 2-4 years of full-time experience in one or all of the following: direct marketing, database marketing, email marketing, online marketing or crm.

• demonstrated interest in marketing as a career

• excellent oral and written communication skills

• strong project management skills -- excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle several simultaneous projects

• solid quantitative/analytical skills

• high personal quality expectations

• excellent interpersonal skills

• good problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills

• willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done

• potential to take on higher-level strategic roles in the future

• comfort using microsoft excel, word, powerpoint

• understanding of online technologies

• a strong academic background (minimum of a bachelor’s degree)
