Credit And Collections Clerk -

samy’s camera, fairfax location is seeking a full time credit and collections clerk to work in our very busy accounts receivable department. qualified candidates must have 2 years of credit and collections experience, knowledge of accounting principles, working knowledge of counterpoint and most importantly must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers by telephone and resolve problems. because we value loyal, optimistic employees who enjoy working as part of a team, we offer great benefits, solid management, and a fun work environment.
job duties
tasks to include various office duties such as processing large volume of invoices, resolve customer inquiries, actively participate in collections activities, register closings and balancing, credit card receipt sorting and maintenance, verify and maintain resale information.

• computer skills – counterpoint, microsoft word and excel
• strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• demonstrated organizational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• administrative support
• excellent communication skills
• excellent customer service skills
• retail experience a plus
• must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the united states be willing to submit to a background check
